By accessing or using Peppy Club ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid referral code from an existing member to create an account. Provider accounts require approval by our administrative team.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account or referral code for fraudulent purposes.
4. Provider Services
Peppy Club connects users with independent service providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Providers are independent professionals responsible for their own licensure, compliance, and quality of care. Video consultations are peer-to-peer and not monitored by Peppy Club.
5. MLM / Affiliate Program
Participation in the affiliate program is voluntary. Commission structures and rank requirements are subject to change. Earnings depend on personal sales and team performance. Peppy Club makes no income guarantees.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: misrepresent your identity or qualifications; use the platform for illegal activities; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with platform security; make misleading income or health claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peppy Club LLC is not liable for: actions or omissions of service providers; health outcomes from provider services; lost commissions due to system issues; data loss beyond the scope of our encryption and backup systems.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
